DI Media

When it only happens once, it has to work the first time

DI Media is the production arm. We cover live events and the content that comes out of them — services, conferences, weddings, concerts and corporate programmes — from the cameras and the sound through to the stream itself and the edit afterwards. Most of this work has no second take, so the preparation matters more than the equipment.

How I run it

  1. 01

    Walk the venue

Before anything is quoted I want to know the room: the power, the internet, the sightlines, where the sound is coming from and what is already installed.

  2. 02

    Plan the run of show

Camera positions, audio sources, screen content and the order of the day, agreed with you in writing so nobody is improvising on the day.

  3. 03

    Rig and rehearse

We set up early and test the whole chain — cameras, sound, stream, screens — while there is still time to fix something.

  4. 04

    Run it live

On the day my team runs the production so your team can run the event.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Recordings, cut-downs and stills, handed over in the formats you need rather than a folder of raw files.

Tell me about your event

Live work is priced by what is actually on the ground — how many cameras, how long, where it is going out, and who is watching. Answer these and the quote comes back accurate the first time.
